ORDERING & SHIPPING INFORMATION
Knoll Cottage has always been and is a RUST free garden.
Shipping will be the first three weeks in May unless special
arrangements are made for fall delivery (September).

Shipping will be the first three weeks in May unless special arrangements are made for fall delivery (September).
All Tetraploid Unusual Forms and Spider introductions are LIMITED
Shipping will be from May 1st 'till September 15th.
Remember, the earlier I ship the smaller the tops of the plants are, but the
roots are good and the plants will catch up to yours quickly if you are in a
warmer zone. Your choice as to when you want your plants shipped to you.
I will be shipping on Monday and Tuesday to insure that your plants do not sit
around over a weekend.
If you are not
satisfied when you receive your plants, do not plant them, ship them back within
three days and we will return your money including shipping.
Shipping charges are $10.00 + $2.00 per each additional plant ordered. Add
$20.00 for next day air delivery.
DAYLILY CLUB BARGAIN
Order $500.00 or more of daylilies and receive the same amount in bonuses for your club.
Only a club check will be accepted for payment to take advantage of this offer.
Shipping will begin in May and the cost will be determined and billed to your club at that time.
International shipping
* We will ship to any country as long as there are no special requirements. We will not ship to any country that
requires any
special permits from their agricultural jurisdiction.
1. Our state now charges for a phyto sanitary inspection. I therefore now require a $25.00 fee for the phyto with a minimum order
of $ 250.00 since the paperwork preparation is extensive and time consuming.
2. We will start shipping in June and will stop shipping by the end of September. You may pick a date during that time frame to
have your order shipped.
3. Payment in US funds only. Check or money order in US funds (made out to Lori-Ann Jones). PayPal (made out to
knollcottage@yahoo.com)
4. We recommend shipping USPS Air Mail or Priority Mail, but shipping will be via any means you wish and shipping charges will
be calculated and added to your order prior to your payment and shipment. All checks must clear prior to shipment of your order.
WE WILL NOT GUARANTEE ANY PLANTS SHIPPED OUT OF THE USA. Our garden is rust free and we ship freshly dug plants that are cleaned,
roots trimmed and the foliage has been cut back to leave (1” to 3") of top growth, plus a phyto inspection prior to shipment.
The Federal Phyto is shipped with your daylilies. Once the plants leave Knoll Cottage Daylilies, shipping per your instructions,
we have no control over any country’s import regulations. We feel it is the buyers responsibility to find out everything about
their country’s import policies before placing an order with Knoll Cottage Daylilies to insure you get the daylilies you ordered.
