Peak Bloom: Mid July - although quite a few UFO seedlings are Early Medium (first part of July).

Directions: Heading east on Mass Pike I-90. Get off at Exit 3, Westfield. Turn left onto Rtes 10/202 north, toward Holyoke. At 2^nd light, at the Purple Onion, take right onto Rt. 202 north. At lights, after Hampden Ponds Plaza, turn Left onto Old County Road. ****(cont. below).

Heading west on the Mass Pike I-90, get off at Exit 4, W. Springfield, head north on Route I-91 toward Holyoke. These next directions also apply heading north on I-91. Take Exit 15, Ingleside, turn left at bottom of ramp. At 2^nd set of lights, turn Right onto Homestead Avenue. Turn left at next set of lights, Rt. 202 south. At bottom of hill turn right at lights onto Old County Road. ****(cont. below).

Heading south on I-91 take Exit 16, at the Soldiers Home, Rt. 202 south take a right at the end of the ramp and a left at the light following Rt. 202 south pass Holyoke Community College and at the next light turn right following Rt. 202 south. At bottom of hill turn right at lights onto Old County Road. ****(cont. below).

****From Old County Road: Take 3^rd left onto Belanger Road, bear left at the fork. Knoll Cottage has a fenced in yard on the water next to a log cabin. If you miss the left, continue forward, the road circles around to itself and Knoll Cottage will be on the left.
